We initially had some issues with the stove light being too dim, but my husband was able to install a brighter bulb and then we ended up purchasing a strip light that fully resolved the issue. Additionally, we are very pleased with the microwave and would highly recommend it.

The outdoor venting for the Impecca was a bit different from the GE, making installation a bit challenging. However, the Impecca is quieter, sleeker, and has a better design, range light, and fan. It's possible that the GE was just a poor appliance, but I definitely appreciate the improvements the Impecca has brought to our kitchen.

The brightness of the clock is overwhelming, and we wish it could be dimmed. The keypad does not have a backlight, so we always need to turn on a light to use it, especially during the day. However, it heats well and fast, which is an improvement over my old microwave.

The over the range microwave has many features that I expected. The package I received was damaged, and the item itself was also dented on both sides. However, my handyman installed it and the damages were not visible once installed. The microwave still functions perfectly.

The Impecca microwave does not cook evenly, burning a hole in the center and on the edges of food. The fan is very loud, sounding like a jet engine on high and only slightly better on low. I have liked other Impecca products in the past, but I will be returning this one.

I really enjoy using this microwave. It has unique features that I have not seen in other microwaves before. The shelf is a great feature that allows me to heat up multiple items at once, and I appreciate that the timer continues running while using the microwave for other items. However, the shelf must be completely flat, as any tilting or touching of the sides of the microwave can cause sparks and damage to the interior. It would be helpful if there were clear warnings about this issue.

The microwave I bought initially had a placement hole off set, but I easily replaced it. The new one had correct placement holes, so it only took a few minutes to install it above my range. I did need help holding it up while screwing it in, but overall it was easy to install. It works great - the exhaust system removes smoke, the light helps illuminate what I'm cooking, it's quiet, and the 30 second start button is convenient. I would recommend this item.

The Impecca microwave I bought to replace my expensive Impecca one that failed after 1.5 years is 100 W less powerful, but it heats much faster and more evenly. It's also very quiet, and sometimes I'm not even sure if I turned it on. The only downside is the 5 loud beeps at the end of the cycle.

This microwave is powerful at 1100 watts and surprisingly quiet. I prefer the gray interior over the white one in my old microwave. I haven't noticed a difference with the "inverter" feature, but that's just me. My only issue is that it's hard to see the numbers on the outside of the oven in my dark-ish kitchen corner. I might move it to a brighter area.

I purchased this microwave to replace our previous OTR model that stopped working. It is a simple microwave but it gets the job done. I have installed several OTR microwaves before, but this one was more difficult to install correctly. The cabinet bolt holes I drilled using the supplied template did not line up with the actual bolt locations in the microwave. Also, the "Add 30 Sec." button does not work at all, no matter what mode the microwave is in. I have filed a ticket with Impecca and am waiting for a response.

This microwave is of poor quality. The door slams shut loudly and the exhaust fan is weak. When cooking under the microwave, the door window fogs up and cannot be wiped off. The door does not line up properly and tilts downward towards the handle, and if lifted to line up, the microwave turns on by itself. Overall, it feels like a cheap toy rather than a useful kitchen appliance.

The inside width and height at the door are the inside dimensions, not the opening dimensions. This microwave is the same size as the one I'm replacing, but I was hoping for a slightly larger one. The sides and top are all black, with very little "silver."

I bought this small appliance expecting it to last 7-10 years with sparing and light use. However, it only lasted 3 years, which is a disappointment. I live alone and only occasionally use it to warm leftovers or a frozen meal, so the short lifespan is very disappointing. I would not recommend this if you are not looking to spend over $100 for a replacement in just a few years.
