I am extremely satisfied with how well this air conditioner has worked in my garage/workshop. It used to get unbearably hot before I installed the AC, but now it stays cool whenever I need it to. The ability to control it with my smart phone is a great feature. I have no complaints about this air conditioner so far - it cools exactly as it should. The only issue we had was having to create an opening for the AC due to the lack of windows and proper electrical wiring in the garage at the time.

The first thing to mention is that the plug on the unit is larger than it appears in the advertisement picture, which required me to hire an electrician to install a new outlet and upgrade the power line to accommodate the unit's power. Additionally, if you plan to install it in a window, you will likely need to remove the unit from its chassis and install the chassis first. Overall, I do like the unit, but it's important to carefully read the instructions and be prepared for some work during installation.

This unit is larger than my previous one and covers a much bigger area. I am very pleased with my purchase and am considering buying a second one to replace another.

I am overall pleased with the performance of the AC unit, as it efficiently cools my space. However, I was disappointed to receive it in a damaged condition, with a mangled box, dents all over, a warped grill, and several damaged spots on the screen. I am unsure if these issues stem from the delivery or the manufacturing process.
