This product is excellent for rental properties. It's been installed and is working well in all 4 units. Even though we haven't had hot weather yet, the units are still performing great.

Purchased for the heater feature and it exceeded my expectations. It was more affordable than in-store options and has a variety of settings with a remote. Shipping was smooth and the delivery driver had great communication. It arrived on the promised date. Overall, very satisfied with the purchase.
