We bought this heating and air conditioner unit and have only used it a few times. However, during some very cold days and nights, we were pleasantly surprised by how well it heated our 30X40 room. The air conditioning function also worked great, and we are very satisfied with our purchase. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone with a large room to heat and cool.
