I had a great experience with Impecca. The unit initially blew cold air while I was on the phone, but after placing it in the window, it only blew warm air. Overall, I am pleased with the product and the excellent customer service from Amazon. :)

I used this window unit on a hot day when it was 98 degrees outside. Despite my room not being well insulated, it was able to cool the 160 square foot space to 78 degrees, which was fine for me. On cooler days, it can even cool the room to a very comfortable 69 degrees or lower if I want. However, it is not the quietest unit, as the fan creates white noise and the compressor makes a loud thud when turning on or off. Despite this, I can still use earplugs to block out the noise and it works well with a smart plug, allowing me to control it from my phone or through voice commands. The unit arrived with some minor visible damage, but overall, it has been a reliable alternative to my central air conditioner, especially as my landlord is slow with repairs. I may continue to use it at night and could potentially benefit from its energy efficiency if my central air conditioner completely breaks down.
