This air conditioner surpassed my expectations and you really can't beat the price. My hallway walls were sweating and the thermostat read 86 degrees. I placed it in my living room window and it cooled down the hallway, living room, and kitchen. It gets really cold! I had to turn it off the first night because it got too cold. I wish I had bought it earlier. I definitely recommend this unit!

I appreciate that my small bedroom stays cool without needing the highest cooling setting. Currently, I have it set to low cool and a temperature of 4. Although it's a bit noisy, it effectively cools my once-hot room, so I can't complain too much.

After considering getting an AC for quite some time, I thoroughly researched all models that would fit my small 16 window and I am delighted with my choice. This AC fits with room to spare even without the accordion sides. Installation was a breeze and it runs so quietly on the low setting that I can hardly tell it's on! Even in 90�� humid weather, my efficiency apartment is completely comfortable. And when it's both humid and cool outside, adjusting the cool setting provides dehumidifying capabilities. I'm looking forward to enjoying a cool oasis in the heat this summer! I have no trouble maintaining a comfortable 70�� on the low setting.

This product is not too heavy. As a woman and an Xer, I was able to easily take it out of the box, put it together, and install it in the window. It cooled down quickly, contrary to some reviews. I have had a Impeccaaire AC before and when my old AC of a different brand died, I knew I wanted another Impeccaaire. It is definitely worth the cost.
