It was in new condition with no scratches or dents, and it works really well. When set to high, it gets very cold in my bedroom but is not loud at all, so I can sleep without any issues. I would definitely recommend it, especially since it was cheaper than other places. However, the main reason I bought it is because I've had great experiences with Impecca washers, refrigerators, and air conditioners in the past. They are all high quality items. -
