I have purchased two of these air conditioner units and have noticed that the rooms they are installed in seem to be more humid compared to when I used previous air conditioners. Despite having clean screens, the clean screen lights are on in both units. The overall cooling is satisfactory but not as effective as the older units of the same size that we had before. I do appreciate that the units stick out less from the wall and the plastic trim frame adds a nice touch to the wall unit.

The AC unit is powerful and user-friendly. However, the installation process was difficult due to the incorrect sleeve insert sent with the unit. Additionally, the plastic front is of poor quality and not properly attached, leading to noticeable vibrations and rattling.

The first item in the item arrived damaged, but the second one was in good condition. It was a bit of a hassle to return the damaged item to UPS because it was heavy. I'm glad I purchased the extended coverage from Square Trade, but I did have some difficulties informing them about the return.
