This summer in NJ has been marked by intense heat waves, and I have found that my new A/C unit has made a significant difference in my electric bill compared to my old one. The energy efficiency of this particular model is impressive. However, I wish that the control panel and remote had the control buttons in the same places. The noise level is not the quietest, but it is not a major issue for me. Despite the long hot summer, this A/C unit has exceeded my expectations in terms of performance. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase.

After waiting some time to write my review, I have to say that the unit works well but it is incredibly loud. I installed it in my bedroom and it not only annoys me with its loudness, but it also causes the walls to rattle when the compressor turns on and off. I regret purchasing this brand and would not do so again.

After extensive research, I chose this AC for my apartment this year and I'm thrilled with my purchase. It has exceeded my expectations and cools my living room quickly. The auto feature regulates the temperature perfectly and the remote, while sometimes finicky, is easily fixed by pressing the power button. My family loves this brand and we will likely purchase another for our bedroom.

This air conditioner is excellent. I purchased it for my brother who has PTSD, and a friend installed it with ease. I contacted Impecca Customer service for additional information since my brother didn't keep the necessary details for the unit, and Kaitlin was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.
