This 14000 BTU unit is great for cooling a 600 square foot room and more. It is a bit noisy but worth it for the faster cooling. The instructions were a bit confusing as it is already in a sleeve, but still needed one for through the wall. It was delivered in 2 days instead of 5, which I'm very happy about. However, the installation instructions are not clear. The diagrams, especially for the foam placement between the wall sleeve and conditioner, are confusing. Three different people interpreted the instructions differently. The instructions and diagrams need to be rewritten, and each piece of foam should be labeled. Despite this issue, the unit itself is excellent.
