The box arrived in poor condition and slightly wet, causing damage to the rotating air vents. Despite its large size, the window kit is also larger than most. The unit provides excellent airflow and effectively cools down the area. It operates quietly, sometimes making me forget it's even there.

Our second summer using this AC and we are pleased with it. We had to use black duct tape to fix the window kit, but it's holding up well. The AC is quieter than others we have had and works really well. Despite the struggle with the set up, we highly recommend it. The pros outweigh the cons. If the manufacturer improves the window kit, it would be even better.
