The product is of good quality, but the instructions could be improved. Some parts were not adequately described in terms of their usage, and there were also some screws sticking out of the sleeve that had to be cut in order to install the wall or the AC unit inside the sleeve. Overall, the product is sturdy.

The website was confusing, but I eventually received the correct parts.

This unit fits perfectly and is well-crafted. It is a must-have for the Impecca 12,000 BTU unit that goes through the wall.

The products were delivered before the scheduled time and were beautifully designed. They work quietly, which was my top priority. I own a small Hair Boutique and it's so quiet that I have to listen closely to see if it's even on!

The assembly of this sleeve is a bit challenging and the exterior plastic pest grill and snap tabs seem cheap, but overall it is a sturdy product. The assembly instructions and drawings could be improved for clarity.

This unit is nice, but I wish I had purchased a larger one.

The unit works great for a 400 SF space, providing both heating and AC as needed. It does the job well.
