I purchased an external casing and support legging for the unit, but they turned out to be completely unnecessary and a waste of money. The unit is quite heavy, so be prepared for that.

This is our second time installing this unit in our rental properties. It performs well and our tenants are satisfied with it. We decided to skip the 110 unit because it couldn't provide enough heat for even a small room.

Assembling and installing the wall sleeve was simple and straightforward. It even includes front and rear covers in case it arrives before the A/C unit, allowing you to cover the holes.

The air conditioner sleeve fits perfectly. It would have been a real problem if it didn't fit, but they got it right. LOL.

So far, I am loving this unit. It is both quiet and efficient, and it cools my 350 square foot room quickly.
