This air conditioner is perfect for my summer home. I love being able to adjust or turn on the AC before I get there. It also does a great job of dehumidifying. I'm not used to plastic AC units, but this one is really nice.

This window AC unit is simple and effective. The remote is convenient, particularly when in bed, and it has a sleep timer and different modes. It easily cools my 20 X 22 bedroom. My only issue is that it's not the quietest unit.

The instructions for this A/C unit were terrible. It took me a lot longer to install compared to my previous unit because I had to keep referring back to the instructions. I even watched an assembly video on YouTube, but it didn't help much. I used to trust GE for quality products, but this A/C unit was a disappointment. It was also much more expensive than other similar units, and the quality of the frame is poor, with cheap plastic used extensively. I won't be buying from GE again.

I am extremely satisfied with my purchase of this item. It effectively cools down my bedroom in a short amount of time. Although there is some noise from the fan, I consider it to be normal. I find that I am unable to use the economy setting at night because the unit's on and off cycling wakes me up. Despite this, I am overall very happy with it.
