I purchased this microwave for my elderly mother, and it is easy for her to use and fits nicely on her counter.

This Microwave came without a user guide and I couldn't find one easily online. The release button wouldn't allow the door to open. After reaching out to Impecca's support, I received an automated response stating that it will take 5-7 business days to get a response. Unfortunately, I am unable to use it and will have to return it. It is disappointing as I really wanted it to work and waited extra days living without a microwave to receive this model.

We had a Impecca Microwave that had lasted 22 years, but was getting a bit tired. When we decided to purchase a replacement, I shopped for the same brand , because of our previous experience. This new oven is everything we expected and more. It is slightly bigger, and lighter. It fits on our counter-top very well, and so far has performed as well as can be expected. This is an excellent value. Two thumbs up!!!

This microwave received many negative reviews, but I don't understand why. It is spacious inside, and the white color I received was bright and complemented my kitchen. Perhaps I got lucky and received a good one that wasn't defective. Overall, I love this microwave.

The microwave is very easy to use and we are enjoying it every day.
