I bought this microwave in March 2020, but it stopped working in February 2021, lasting less than a year. I had the same product before and it lasted 3 years. The price has increased by 50% and it did not last nearly as long as the first time I bought it.

This Microwave is user-friendly, performs well, and is just the right size for reheating leftovers or heating a small amount of water for tea or hot chocolate. I haven't used it for cooking, so I can't speak to its performance in that area.

This microwave has been working well for us. It was delivered in good condition and heats food better than our previous Kenmore model, which only lasted 11 months. It may be a bit noisier, but it definitely does the job effectively. I would suggest it to others.

The purchase and installation of this product were really quick and easy (none needed!), and it has been working great for several months. The controls are easy to see, though they are not illuminated, and it is just as efficient as the more expensive one it replaced. Overall, it has been a really good experience so far.
