This product works wonders and is great for anyone who doesn't need a large microwave. I bought it for my grandparents, and they initially had trouble using it but now love it. It's been about 9 months since I bought it, and it came exactly as shown in the picture. It's easy to use and heats food quickly. Overall, it's a good product.

I have been using this microwave for about a month and I am quite satisfied with it. We mostly use the quick settings for warm ups and have not used it for long time cooking. I researched a lot of reviews, especially since it is not a well-known brand, and I agree with others who mentioned that it has too many beeps. This can be noisy, especially when using it while others are still asleep in our small house. Despite this, I still give it 5 stars because it fits perfectly in our limited countertop space and the price was reasonable. I may provide another review after using it for a year or so.
