The size and style of the item are great.

This product is well made and performs consistently. I wish it had a 30-second or express buttons for quick cooking, but it does allow for reprogramming the timing for specific functions like the popcorn button. The size is great for fitting large dinner plates, and the turntable is heavy grade glass and easy to clean.

This microwave falls short of the previous model from Impecca. The new model appears to have less power than advertised, as it doesn't heat up fully and takes longer. The door-opening button also doesn't work smoothly, and the features are disappointing.

This microwave is user-friendly and easy to operate, especially for older individuals. The white color is preferred over black for better readability.

I have used Impecca products in the past and found them to be of good quality. However, this microwave does not meet the same standard. It feels cheaply made and the door opener can get stuck. When I requested to return it, I was told it had to be in the original packaging, which I no longer have, and that I would have to pay for return shipping. Overall, I am not satisfied with the product and would not recommend purchasing it.

This microwave is a great fit for my stainless steel kitchen and it leaves counter space. It does get hot, so I only use it for under 12 minutes at a time. It's easy to clean with just a paper towel or two. The keypad is annoying as it autocooks for one or five minutes when I hit a 1 or 5, respectively. I also worry about it getting too hot in the summer.
