I am satisfied with the Impecca 5000 BTU Electronic Controls Window Air Conditioner. The product arrived undamaged with all parts in its original packaging. I chose to pay the premium cost for delivery to my doorstep. The model has a 'soft start ability/low voltage ability and is rated around 400 to 450 watts, with cooler running. It is quieter than other air conditioners of its size and automatically changes speed when reaching the desired temperature. I have been using it for approximately 90 days and find it effective for my small room. I leave it on ECO mode for day-to-day use and use the remote to control the temperature and cooling level. If the cleaning screen dust filter light comes on, it can be turned off or reset by holding the 'Fan' button for 3 seconds.

This product has a small footprint and I really appreciate the physical buttons instead of a knob, as I feel they will last longer. The remote control is very convenient and helps save wear and tear on the buttons. The large, bright LCD screen displays the temperature, but the light fades after about 30 seconds. The lowest temperature setting is 60 degrees.
