The item works well, but it is a bit noisy. Additionally, the allergen air filter needs to be replaced ahead of the recommended schedule.

This AC unit seems to be a good choice. I installed it a few days ago and it is smaller than most 5000btu units, but it works just as well or even better. It runs very quietly in dry mode.

The air conditioning is good, but all items were shipped using USPS. They are unable to deliver it and I am unable to carry it. Frustrating!
