The second dehumidifier I received has been working well for me. The first one lasted 1-1/2 years in my camper before it stopped dehumidifying due to a refrigerant leak. It seemed to be a quality unit but may not have been designed for such heavy use. I hope the second one will last longer. Impecca offered me a 15% discount on the second unit even though the first one was out of warranty when it stopped working. I am satisfied with their customer service.

This unit was recommended to me by a co-worker who has had one for about 5 years. I live in coastal Texas with high temperatures and humidity. The unit has been able to bring the humidity in my house down to 50%, which is a noticeable difference considering the high humidity levels outside and inside. I have placed the unit below the return air for my HVAC system and it has been easy to maintain. It does not significantly impact my power bill and may even be making my AC more efficient. The unit is easy to move around and makes about as much noise as a small fan. However, I had a problem with the unit leaking and found out that the seller I bought it from is not an authorized dealer, so I have no recourse for a replacement. If I replace it, I will be sure to buy directly from the manufacturer to have a warranty in case this happens again.

The setup is easy and it is not noisy. The small reservoir requires frequent emptying, which is the reason for giving it 4 stars instead of 5.

The unit does not have Model Number or Model on the labels or box, so the rebate form from MASS SAVE will be rejected. However, the unit is working well and effectively keeping my basement dry. I am using a hose to empty the water into a covered sump hole, and the unit is exactly what I needed for the summer months in New England. It is a bit more power-hungry than my old unit, but it is quieter and takes up less space.

The dehumidifier significantly changed the humidity in my apartment. I would suggest it to anyone who doesn't have a problem with the noise, but I am hypersensitive and had to wear earplugs on the first night, which is why I ultimately decided to return it.

This humidifier is still going strong a year after I bought it. I should've gotten one with a larger capacity though, as my basement's high humidity fills it up too quickly in the summer. It's not completely silent, but that's actually good because I can hear if it's still running from upstairs. It's easy to move around, being lightweight and having wheels.

This dehumidifier effectively reduces humidity in my 1-bedroom condo, but it operates at a high noise level of about 56-57dB, making it difficult to hear my TV/surround sound system. I had to position it far away from my entertainment setup.

The device works well and has noticeably improved the humidity in my house. The only issue is that the filter needs to be cleaned frequently.
