I have purchased several dehumidifiers for various buildings over the years. They are usually easy to use, but this one did not work well even in a very humid space. I had to put it on the lowest setting and keep it running constantly to get any results. When I tried to get a replacement, the order was cancelled without any explanation. Eventually, I had to return it with help from the seller. It took over two weeks and multiple calls to get my refund. I do not usually write reviews, but I wanted to warn others about my experience.

I have a walk-out basement that tends to get very humid when it rains, leading to mildew issues. Since I had never dealt with a basement before, I decided to try out this brand. It has exceeded my expectations! I connected a washing machine hose to the back drain and set it to drain down the clothes washer drain. Then I set it to 60% humidity and let it run. It automatically turns on and off as needed, and I can't even hear it from below the house. The garage, which is around 1000 sq ft, stays dry now. I just check on it occasionally to change the filter. I'm really pleased with it and would definitely recommend it to others!

This is the second unit I purchased. The first one leaked, but the new unit works so fast that I had to empty the collection reservoir within 4 hours of starting it. It's a bit noisy, but it works very well.

The product is liked, but there is a complaint about the absence of a hose for draining and it fills up quickly.

Despite some initial issues with the unit filling up quickly, it eventually settled into a more manageable rhythm and has been working efficiently for a year now. The only recent problem has been the dirty filter light staying on, which I'm currently trying to troubleshoot without the manual. Compared to more expensive dehumidifiers I've owned in the past, this one has been far more effective and reliable. The noise from the fan is noticeable but not disruptive, and the benefits of having dry air far outweigh any minor inconvenience. I got a great deal on this dehumidifier and would happily purchase another one at full price if needed. It has made a significant difference in reducing moisture in my home, and I no longer have to worry about damage to my belongings.

This product has been effective in our spacious basement. It functions as expected and is not excessively noisy. It is also simple to transport and handle. The basket could be sturdier and can be a bit cumbersome to put back in at times.
