We put this unit in our finished attic and found it simple to install. It took about 20 minutes with two people and covers approximately 350 square feet. It cools the whole space quickly, which has been a struggle with other units in the past. We've had some hot days in the 90's and it maintained a comfortable 70��. If anything changes, I'll provide an update, but we're currently very satisfied with its performance.

The product is good, but the delivery was disappointing. Despite my explicit instructions to deliver to my front door, the item was dropped off at the side door out of laziness. I had to carry it to my front door myself, which was frustrating. The product deserves 5 stars, but the delivery gets 0 stars.
