After using this air conditioner for 2 days, I am impressed by how quiet it is compared to my previous one. It quickly cooled down my bedroom.

I was excited to install this AC unit in my bedroom, but unfortunately, it is very loud and sounds like there is something rattling inside. We have tried resetting it multiple times with no success. I'm extremely disappointed. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because it does effectively cool the room. However, I would only recommend it to heavy sleepers, as even with ear plugs I could still hear it.
