So far, it's been good.

This little air conditioner is amazing. It's so quiet that I have to really listen just to hear it. It's Energy Star rated and I'm using it in Economy mode, so it automatically adjusts itself to maintain the desired temperature. My electric bill for a full month of use even went down by 6 cents compared to last month. I can't recommend it enough.

I was initially apprehensive about this item due to some negative reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised by its effectiveness in cooling the room. I haven't yet determined its energy efficiency, and it does make some noise, but overall I am satisfied with its performance.
