This air conditioner works best on the highest settings, but can be maintained on low cool once the room is cooled down with the door closed. However, it collects too much rainwater and takes a long time to drain and evaporate, leading to a nasty odor. Despite this, it effectively cools my bedroom, which is a big plus considering my apartment has no central A/C.

This is my first and only review as summer is over. This AC unit works well and keeps you cold. It is basic, but does the job. It doesn't have a remote, just two dials. The fan on high is quite loud, and I had to turn the TV up when using it in my master bath, blowing into my bedroom, but it still effectively cooled the room. I would recommend checking the AC right away, as some of the fins on the back were smashed and the top of the AC appeared to be dented as if it was dropped. I didn't contact the manufacturer, but I would recommend doing so if you encounter similar issues. Despite the physical damage, it still worked fine, especially during the AC shortage in the peak of summer.

This item was delivered with bent fins, but I was not surprised as this has been the case with previous deliveries. In comparison, this one had the least amount of bent fins. Despite being loud and not ideal for sleeping, we use it in the mancave to cool one specific room while keeping the rest of the house comfortable. It's not worth returning.
