Unfortunately, my experience with this air conditioner has been disappointing. Despite having the same BTU as my older unit from a different brand, it doesn't cool as effectively. I'm not sure if I just got a defective unit, but I missed the return period so I'm now stuck using it in the smallest room in my apartment. If I had the option, I would exchange or return it.
