This A/C unit is the best portable air conditioner I've ever purchased. It's incredibly quiet, so much so that I didn't even need to raise the TV volume when I turned it on at 11pm. The air it blows out is extremely cold, and I have nothing but good things to say about it. It's definitely worth the extra money.

After doing nearly a year of research on portable air conditioners, I stumbled upon the Toshiba version of this product and it definitely stood out. With the highest SACC capacity rating (12K btu) on a 110V circuit, this unit is a winner. I have a 700 sqft attic loft that isn't covered by our central AC, and this unit was able to cool it to 72 degrees when it was 85 degrees outside. Despite the hot attic, I didn't experience any condensation issues and didn't have to empty any water from the unit. The unit is incredibly quiet, thanks to the variable inverter, and the build quality is excellent. The only small issue is that the exhaust hose only extends about 2-3 feet, which might be a consideration for some buyers. Overall, this unit has been fantastic for my needs.

This unit is perfect for our summer cottage on Lake Ontario. It's very versatile and easy to install, and it effectively heats or cools our 800sqft cottage. We can comfortably adjust the temperature on cooler nights or in the summer. Despite fluctuating energy costs, it's not too expensive to run for a seasonal home.

I bought this Impecca air conditioner for my high-set casement window, based on a good experience with another Impecca unit. However, the confusing directions led me to install the window panels incorrectly and break a snap on the air hose. The hose also didn't reach the window, as it was too high off the floor and there was no extension available. I had to prop the unit on a box and then build my own stand to make it work. Draining it is a hassle, but the app and remote are convenient and reliable, although they don't sync up. The unit is good for switching between heat and A/C and is quiet and efficient, but it would be nearly perfect if the user manual was clearer and if stands were sold for the unit.

This portable air conditioner has been a great addition to our home. I can't speak to the heat function since we haven't used it, but I assume it works just as well as the cooling function. I was initially hesitant about portable products, but this one has exceeded my expectations. I'm very pleased with our experience using it over the past summer.

This unit has been running well in our spare bedroom and has effectively cooled down the room. However, I dislike the black color of the appliance. The fan works great if you prefer not to use the AC. I recommend using the window kit to avoid the unit pushing out excessive heat and heating up the room.

The unit is very quiet, but it lacks proper sealing from the factory, causing it to exhaust conditioned air outside. I had to take the covers off and add foam weatherstripping to prevent air from escaping.

This portable air conditioner is the best one we've ever owned, despite not being our first. It is incredibly quiet, especially in sleep mode which comes in handy during zoom meetings. It effectively circulates air in our large room and maintains an even temperature. The filter is easy to clean and doesn't need to be replaced. The remote is not great and took a while to set up, but it's not necessary to operate the unit. The only improvement I could hope for is an easier way to schedule its operation.

The Impecca is a great cooling option for my garage in Arizona. It's extremely quiet and portable, but I plan to keep it in my garage. I installed it and vented it through the wall, and now I can work in my garage much more comfortably. The remote, Impecca Air app, and voice control with Alexa or Google are all convenient features. Overall, I'm very happy with the Impecca and I highly recommend it.

The placement of the double hose connector in front of the window wasn't planned, but it's necessary. It's a bit cumbersome, but it does the job. Unlike my previous portable air conditioner, which required frequent emptying of the water bucket, this one seems to last much longer. However, the process of draining the water is more difficult with this new unit. Overall, it works well for cooling my home office, which houses 10 computers.
