The control buttons on this radio are extremely small and difficult to see, especially since they are black and reflective. It's very challenging to perform even the simplest tasks. I can't help but wonder who designs these things.

The radio and remote have very small and hard to read buttons, making it difficult to use. Additionally, the volume starts at maximum when turned on, which is inconvenient. We received this as a gift but will be replacing it and donating this one to charity.

The sound quality and reception of this radio are good, but I had trouble programming the preset FM stations. I spent over an hour trying to do so, and even customer service couldn't help me fully resolve the issue. After several hours of trying, I was eventually able to program the 5 stations I wanted, but they are scattered throughout the preset buttons and I can't get rid of the other unwanted stations. Patience is needed when dealing with this.

This isn't a Bose, but the sound quality and power from this small unit are amazing. I'm really impressed. It was easy to install and connect via Bluetooth. The only thing I wish is that you could rename it in the Bluetooth settings on your phone.

This under cabinet radio was chosen because there are limited options for good radios under $500. However, it has some drawbacks such as poor sound quality and the inconvenience of having to go through all presets to get to a specific one. On the positive side, it has a volume control on start-up, unlike previous models.
