We appreciate the digital dial, the compact size, and how fast it heats things.

I was initially pleased to hear about how user-friendly this product is for older individuals. The dials are easy to use, but unfortunately my mother had difficulty seeing the numbers. However, this issue was easily resolved with the use of labels. The reason for my return is due to the fact that the microwave automatically starts up again when the door is opened and closed, even if there is still time remaining. This poses a safety concern for my mother, as she may inadvertently start the microwave again when closing the door after removing her food. This may not be a problem for those who can remember to turn off the timer. Despite this issue, the performance and size of the microwave were satisfactory. It is disappointing that we have to return it, as we were otherwise satisfied with it.
