The microwave is overall very nice, but the issue with the glass plate not fitting into the grommets properly is a concern. You have to be careful when taking out food, as it might slip off and break.

The microwave of countertop microwaves we've tried has been a mixed bag. Our Sharp lasted 5 years but had a push button failure. The Panasonic with inverter worked well but interfered with our WiFi. The LG was stylish but failed after 2 years. Our GE replacement died just past the warranty period. We are now testing out the Impecca, prioritizing longevity. The push in door makes unavoidable noises and it squeaks, but it has a memory feature that I love for making oatmeal.
