The new, downsized item provides more room on the counter. The old one was replaced and we are happy with the purchase. It holds a lot of food and is great for warming up hot beverages.

I enjoy the hue and use it to prepare frozen meals, etc.

The product is very dented, but it still functions.

This microwave is fantastic. It's as good as, if not better than, some of the very expensive microwaves, and it's much cheaper. I use it every day and I can't believe I went without a microwave for so long. It's great quality and the perfect size for me. I'm really happy with my purchase.

I am still getting used to the many features of this microwave. It has been several years since I last had a new one, and this model is quite different from my previous one. However, I really like it. It is easy to handle, easy to clean, and looks good in my room. I hope it lasts as long as my previous microwave did.

I have been using this microwave to reheat my food that I cooked a day or more prior. It works well, as the middle and sides are cooked to my satisfaction. My previous microwave would often leave the middle cold, but thankfully I haven't had this issue with this one. It is definitely on the heavier side.

The product arrived on time as expected, however, it has a dent on the touch pad.

The product met our needs without being too elaborate or costly. The only drawback is that it took about four months for the odor to completely dissipate. The power of the product is satisfactory.
