The sound off feature is great, with no loud beeps. The door is a bit stiff and slams hard, but it heats my food well. I'm happy with the chrome color instead of all black. It's a perfect fit for my Cafe Nook.

This microwave is amazing for the price! I purchased the 900W model and it fits perfectly on my counter top without taking up much space. It works wonderfully and the sound isn't too loud, just like any normal microwave.
