This microwave oven is similar to others, but has its own unique shortcuts and processes. It has been a bit of an adjustment from our old one, which lasted 20 years. The keypad can be frustrating as pressing 1 starts it for 1 minute, and setting a specific time requires pressing another button first. However, pressing start runs it for 30 seconds, and you can add 30 seconds each time you press start, which works for most reheating needs. It is also louder than our old one. On the positive side, it gives reminder beeps until you open the door when cooking is done, preventing forgotten snacks from being left inside. The main issue is the darkness of the numbers on the keypad, making it difficult to read without bright lighting in the kitchen.

The issue with setting the clock on the unit keeps reverting back to the timer device instead of the Clock device. I contacted the distributor or the manufacturer via email but have not received a response. The seller attempted to help me correct and fix the issue without success. It seems to be a manufacturing issue. Thank you, Seller.
