The internal depth of the 0.9 cu ft model is approximately 12 inches, which easily fits standard dinner plates. The microwave works fine with longer cooking times due to its low wattage. However, the buttons and end signal are excessively loud and cannot be muted or adjusted. This is a significant drawback, especially for those with a newborn. The lack of a basic mute function is disappointing, as the noise level is disruptive.

The interior is larger than I anticipated. It's a perfect addition to my bedroom's coffee/snack bar.

The sparking issue reported by others was fixed by the manufacturer with a plastic cover. It looks great and is affordable.
