I purchased the 12,000 BTU unit for my apartment and it effectively cools the entire space. The eco mode is excellent and the app provides daily energy usage information, although the unit needs to be turned off to obtain this data. Setting up the WiFi is slow but it eventually works, and the app could be improved.
