I bought two items at the start of summer. One performed exceptionally well, while the other was not even worth a scrap price.

My wife and I absolutely love this A.C. unit. It is installed in our master bedroom, which includes a full bathroom. It operates quietly and effectively. I cannot praise it enough.

I recently purchased this air conditioning unit and I'm very happy with it so far. You can feel the air across the room and it's not too loud, just like a decent box fan. I was initially worried about the water inside, but I discovered that newer AC units don't need drainage holes and it actually helps them work more efficiently. If too much water builds up, it just drains out the back. I'm definitely happy with this purchase.

This item is not too loud, easy to connect to wifi, and I can use my tablet to control it. However, the app doesn't offer many options, and despite being labeled as 12000 btu, it only cools a medium-sized living/dining room effectively, feeling more like an 8000 btu unit.

This product was delivered promptly, in secure packaging, and has a nice appearance. It was easy to install and has been working well for about a month with no issues. It is fairly quiet and provides ample cool air. I would definitely recommend it.
