I had no trouble putting together and installing the product, and it works great. Unfortunately, there was a crack in the bottom corner from the delivery process.

The fan in this unit is amazing as it can cool a room 15 feet away. The cooling function works well, but there are two issues. Sometimes the unit shuts off when it reaches the desired temperature instead of staying on. Additionally, the remote can only change between Auto and Fan Only modes, even though there are three modes available. Despite these issues, I still think it's a great product and would purchase it again.
