Alexa cannot be connected to, follow these instructions

This item has been great so far! It's nice and cold. Setting it up on my phone was a bit tricky, but I'm managing.

The conditioner arrived with a small dent in one of the corners, but we decided to try it instead of returning it. Despite the damage to the box, the conditioner works well and we will be keeping it. However, I would advise checking the condition of the box before opening it.

I love everything about this air conditioner. The quality is great.

The item did not come with installation accessories or the remote.

The product arrived a day early, and setting it up was simple. It works amazingly well and started cooling immediately.

The air conditioning unit cools well and is not very noisy. However, the remote control is not very detailed, and the display on the unit is difficult to see. It always switches back to fan mode when turned on. On the plus side, the remote allows you to easily change settings from across the room. But the small display and indicator lights make it difficult to see the current settings without walking over to the unit. The mode indicator lights are also not in a logical order. Overall, the remote is not very useful unless you memorize the display.

This air conditioner works great - it cools very well. It can be a little too cool sometimes, but I have no complaints.
