This air conditioner is extremely loud. It's so loud that we're considering getting rid of it, even though everything else about it is good. We bought it for our bedroom, and it's just too noisy.

This A/C is amazing. I can turn it on using the SmartHQ app when I'm 5 minutes away from home and by the time I arrive, the place is already cool. It's the best A/C I've had in my 1 bedroom apartment.

We installed this air conditioner in a small 286 sq. ft. tiny house. Despite having tried other window units, including a 220 volt model, this Impecca 110 volt unit surpassed all the others in performance.
