The settings are confusing. I wish they had included a toaster oven. I really wanted an all-in-one appliance. Despite the air fryer setting, it's essentially a super oven and I use it a lot. It helps keep the kitchen cooler.

Misleading Air Fryer Function

The microwave/convection combo I purchased mentioned an air fryer function, but the manual doesn't explain how to use it. When I tried using the Air Fryer button to cook Brussels Sprouts, it took 45 minutes to roast them instead of the 12 minutes I expected. Overall, the microwave and convection functions work well, but the air frying feature is disappointing. I rated it 4 stars for the other functions.

The height of the item should have been about 3 inches higher, as I am unable to fit my bone-in ham to cook.

This microwave was purchased after extensive research to find a replacement for a Chefman toaster oven/air fryer in order to save counter space. So far, we are happy with its performance and hope it will last. It has been used to bake brownies and other items, and the air fry function, while a bit slower than the Chefman, works well. Additionally, it is easy to clean.

I received the microwave and found that it was damaged, with a dented bottom causing it to wobble on the counter. Despite the issue, I have chosen to keep it as my grandkids use it regularly and not having a microwave is not ideal. The unit does still work well, aside from the damage.

This product is amazing in every way. The convection option is especially great for baking and cooking various dishes. The turntable ensures that cups or mugs with handles stay in place while heating. It is a sturdy and attractive appliance that is easy to clean. Overall, it is worth every penny.
