The cotton twine tied around the top heating element caused the air fryer to malfunction and only resulted in the food turning dark brown after an hour. This purchase was a waste of money.

I purchased this microwave for my son after his old one stopped working. He says it's bigger than his previous one, so I'm assuming his old one was a small countertop model. He's enjoying learning how to air fry and cook with it, and he loves it.

The product arrived punctually and is functioning excellently. I have not yet utilized all of its features.

The item was returned because it was too large for my small kitchen.

I initially didn't plan on purchasing this unit, but my old one's turnstyle stopped working. If I had known about this model and its features earlier, I would have bought it sooner. The air fryer makes reheating fried food taste freshly made (be careful as it gets hot!). Trust me, ditch your microwave (new or old) and get this one now! It's truly fantastic!

The product did not meet my expectations as an air fryer. It took a long time to crisp food and also got very hot during use. I was hoping to replace my bulky air fryer with this, but it was not effective.

This new combination microwave replaced our old one. I really liked the baking function because it allowed me to avoid using the big oven and heating up the kitchen in the summer. I recently tried baking cornbread with this new microwave, but it came out undercooked on the inside. I'll try a box cake next, as they always turned out well with the old microwave. The microwave has a lot of power and seems to reheat food quickly. I also air fried pizza in it, and it came out just like it was fresh. We haven't tried the other functions yet. It's easy to clean with just a damp cloth. I'm happy so far, but I'm hoping that the baking function will work better, as it was the main reason we chose this appliance.

The multifunctional appliance is impressively spacious, but I do wish it came with a larger air fry basket like some other options on the market. It's important to note that it can get hot enough to melt butter on surfaces, so buyers should be cautious.
