After working well for about a week, the clock and digital panel froze, preventing us from programming it. The lights still worked, but the microwave was unresponsive. After unplugging it for 5 minutes, it started working again. It is user-friendly, easy to clean, and heats food well. I would give it 4 stars because of the malfunction.

I am very satisfied with this microwave. It heats up faster than my previous one and has more interior space, while still fitting in the same exterior space.
