We've gone through three Impecca Genius Microwaves in seven years. While they work well, they're not very reliable. However, they're the only microwaves that fit well in our space.

This item is user-friendly and can be adjusted to lower the cooking level as required. Simply follow the instructions.

After 40 years of using an Amana radar range, it unfortunately broke down and I couldn't find a suitable replacement. The Impecca microwave is the closest in size and allows me to fit large plates and bowls, and it also seems to cook faster than my old Amana. I hope to install it in the same place as my previous microwave.

This product is ideal for a big family. It functions just as it was advertised, and I have not encountered any problems.

We purchased this model primarily because it fit our custom-built cabinet space for a large microwave. Our old one stopped working, so we needed a replacement. It also had good reviews, and who doesn't love a well-reviewed item? After installation, it fit perfectly and had plenty of room inside. The glass platter is huge, and the power defrost feature is impressive. The only downside is that it doesn't automatically start when you press the add 30 seconds button like my old unit did. Now I have to press Start as well. I know, first-world problems. Just be cautious with the cooking time, as this 1,200 watt microwave cooks quite fast. Overall, we are very pleased with our purchase.

I purchased an upgrade of the one I had before and I am pleased with it.

I am pleased with the functionality of the microwave that I received, and I am confident that I will also enjoy the replacement for the first one that had a defect in the window. The replacement arrived later than expected, but it finally came the following evening for some unknown reason.
