The microwave had a one-year manufacturer's warranty, but at 7 months it started arcing. Impeccaa offered only a voucher for another product, and I had to deal with Asperion for the extended warranty. It was a frustrating process to get a refund for a clearly defective item. the website, however, provided exceptional customer service by refunding everything, including the extended warranty. Their customer service is truly stellar.

I recently purchased a slightly smaller microwave and it's just perfect for me. I love how easy it is to use with just one touch for most foods, and the quick 30 seconds button is my favorite feature. Setting the time was a breeze and it fits regular size plates, though it doesn't have much height. This isn't a problem for me since I only heat up coffee cups which aren't tall. It's great for small spaces, dorms, single people, and even the office. I'm very satisfied with it, no complaints at all.
