This microwave is a great value for the price. I had some trouble unpacking it and contacted the manufacturer. They were very responsive and quickly sent me a replacement. Their customer service is excellent.

The microwave stopped working after only a month of minimal use. I'm very unhappy with this purchase, as it feels like a waste of money. However, I later discovered that the problem wasn't with the microwave itself, but with a bad outlet.

I am still getting used to the many features of this microwave. It has been several years since I last had a new one, and this model is quite different from my previous one. However, I really like it. It is easy to handle, easy to clean, and looks good in my room. I hope it lasts as long as my previous microwave did.

The microwave seems to be working well so far, receiving 4 stars due to a small dent in the back. It doesn't have many options and the timer only beeps once, but for the price it's a good deal. I kept the box in case there are any issues in the future.
