After searching for a clock with dimmable features to avoid disrupting sleep, I finally found one that meets my criteria. I wanted a clock in green or black and white, and this one fits the bill perfectly. Instead of dimming the LED's, it has a back-light that can be adjusted to the desired brightness. It can be dimmed all the way down or brightened all the way up. The back-light turns off in daylight to save battery life. I've had the clock for a week and so far, I'm very happy with it. I haven't used the alarm function, so I can't comment on that.
