The purple version of this vacuum has been excellent for me. It has all the features I was looking for, such as the ability to store all attachments (except for the large carpet attachment) in the body of the vacuum and the option to stand the vacuum and hose upright together for storage. I am also satisfied with the quality of the carpet attachment. Initially, I bought the green version without realizing that it was not the same vacuum - it lacked a good carpet attachment and did not allow for storage of the smaller attachments in the body of the vacuum. I ended up returning it for the purple version.

I've been in search of a classic-style canister vacuum cleaner to replace my clunky Dyson for a while. My husband got me a different one for Christmas, but it wasn't what I was looking for. I found the Impecca, which is almost identical to the one I had years ago. The only issue is that the hose is slightly curved and gets in the way, and the beater pulls to the left, making it hard to maneuver. The vacuum worked well until 2/22/2024 when it shut down. I replaced the bag and cleaned the filter, as I regularly do. After letting the vacuum sit for an hour, I tried to use it again with no success. Unfortunately, the vacuum died after just over 2 years of use. My Electrolux Ambassador canister model lasted for 30 years, so I will be searching for another Electrolux.

I have owned this vacuum for about 18 months and it has excellent suction power and is easy to move around. The special rake attachment works well for my dog's bed and my shag and throw rugs. I mostly use the brush attachment on my hardwood floors and other surfaces, including my keyboard. I use an outdoor extension cord to cover my 1100 square foot house from one outlet. I've had this vacuum for a year now and it's still working great. There are some cheap plastic parts that broke off, but they aren't essential to its function. It even survived being pushed down the stairs by my son. My only real complaint is that the nozzle is big and bulky, so you have to use attachments to clean corners. I became frustrated with cleaning out a container and still not being able to pick up everything on the floors, so I researched and decided to try this vacuum. It has been great. I used it to clean my car, and it easily picked up all the litter that had spilled inside. It made the inside of my car look brand new. The floors inside my home also seem much cleaner after using it a couple of times. I do wish it had a few different attachments. The brush is helpful for getting dust stuck on the ceiling, but it tends to collect the dust in the bristles. Additionally, the bag needs to bend in order to sit into the vacuum, so it never really gets filled and needs to be changed much earlier, or it starts pushing stuff out of where the bag attaches. Despite these issues, it is still far better than canister vacuums and less of a hassle to use.

This vacuum arrived on a day when I was cleaning my house, so I used it right away. It came with the tools already in the storage compartments, so all I had to do was plug in the hose and the carpet head and go. It immediately reminded me of my ˜80s version Electrolux (my favorite that I wore out after 20+ years) with the power head and the suction. Sweeping the wood floors was great because the floor tool fit everywhere. I used the pet tool on two chairs and was amazed at the power it had. This vacuum is a keeper. After one use, I am seriously considering getting a second one for my upstairs. I have had highly rated vacuums in the past years that I have used, and this is every bit as good as they were.

The only issue I have is that the metal wand was not securely attached to the plastic one and fell off, causing damage to my wall. However, I find the vacuum to be powerful, lightweight, and easy to clean my wood floors. It is not as effective on carpeting due to the lack of a vibrating head, but overall I am pleased with its powerful suction on my wood floors.

The original box of the unit had been opened and not resealed by the vendor and placed in a larger box without padding, causing it to bounce around. Luckily, nothing was broken and everything was still in sealed bags. The unit has very good suction, but the crevice tool is extremely short and not very functional. I like that I can adjust the amount of suction, which is nice for drapes and sensitive decorative rugs. Since I have mostly hardwood floors, it will be a lot nicer to use than my old upright vacuum. The instruction manual could definitely use more info on attachments and their storage, plus filter maintenance.

I have been using Impecca vacuum cleaners for over 25 years and have consistently experienced two problems with them - the power head frequently malfunctions and the wand is too heavy and falls over. However, I recently purchased a model that is advertised as lightweight and pet-friendly, and I have found it to be effective at picking up pet hair and much quieter than my old vacuum. If only I could get the wand to stay upright as shown in the picture, I would give my purchase a 5-star rating.

I have had this vacuum cleaner for a few years now and I think it's really great. It has excellent suction, isn't too noisy, and works well on all types of floors. Some people have complained about the retractable cord, but I find it convenient for storage. The trick is to make sure the cord isn't tangled before pressing the button to rewind. If it does stop without getting all the cord in the machine, a light pull will reset it and it winds up easily. The attachments also stay neatly in the machine. However, the floor brush is a really poor design and difficult to use. I broke it and had trouble finding a replacement. My advice is to buy this vacuum cleaner and also order a bare floor replacement brush at the same time. It will make a big difference.

I am very satisfied with the suction power of this vacuum and the ability to adjust the head for different suction levels. However, I am disappointed that the handle rotates but does not actually move the head, making it difficult to maneuver. The wheels also do not swivel well. I contacted the company and was told that the handle is not supposed to be connected to the head, but I am still unsure of its purpose. Despite these issues, I am happy with the cleaning power of the vacuum.

I have been using Impecca vacuums since my childhood, and they have always been reliable. My first one lasted over 30 years, and my second one lasted 20 years with some maintenance. I recently purchased a new Impecca vacuum, and I find it to be better than other brands I have tried. It has good suction and is great for pet hair and fine dust. The seemingly cheap plastic parts have held up so far, but my main complaints are the short wand and tiny floor brush. Despite being only 5' 5 tall, I find it uncomfortable to vacuum and have been unable to find a replacement part to extend the wand. The 9 floor brush also requires many passes to clean a hardwood floor, and I have not been able to find a wider replacement due to the attachment width for this model being different than the standard.

The retracting hose clip and cord are convenient, but the carpet head is not smooth. I tried the turbo head, which rolls more smoothly but doesn't pick up the downy stuff effectively. The pet hair brush is effective but too narrow, and the canister style is convenient. Overall, I give it a 3-star rating due to the shortage of hose and mediocre wider heads. I chose a bagged vacuum because I don't like the dirt and dust flying around with bagless ones, especially with my breathing problems. The Power Pet Mate is great for removing pet hair from furniture. The cord wrap is convenient and the attachments are easy to access. However, the pop and go feature doesn't work as easily as I'd like. The lids are a bit flimsy and the bag compartment is too small for the size of the bag. It's nice to be able to control the suction power for different tasks. Overall, this vacuum has plenty of power and is a good choice for pet owners.

I highly recommend this product for small apartments/condos with hardwood floors. If your place collects a lot of dust I highly recommend this product. I use this vacuum not only for my floors but for my walls, fans, blinds, shelves, cabinets, computer, keyboard. The vacuum is light weight, you don't have to spend time wrapping the cord as it is automatic, and it comes with several attachments. The only issue I have is that it is over priced at the list price and at the sale price. This vacuum should not be more than $60 to $70 at most.

The vacuum arrived in a small box, which made me initially skeptical, but it worked impressively well right away. I used to like my Shark bagless vacuum, but my significant other disliked upright vacuums, so I finally gave in and tried a canister vacuum. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was and the adjustable motor speed. It's easy to reach under furniture and the extra tools are a bonus. The canister is a good size and easy to empty. This vacuum has good suction and power, and is lightweight. However, the attachments are small and the vacuum head is better for hard floors than rugs or carpets. It does not have a motorized head like most canisters. The handle does not extend out far enough and may not be suitable for those with back problems. The canister has large wheels and is bagless. If the attachments were larger and had a motorized floor attachment for carpets, and if the handle was longer, it would be perfect.

Upon unboxing this vacuum, I initially expected to dislike it and planned to keep the packaging in anticipation of a return. The vacuum head is small and the attachments feel cheap, but to my surprise, it is a powerful and lightweight machine. It glides effortlessly across the floor and has a large dustbin. The PROs26 or 28 foot cord allows for easy maneuvering, and the vacuum comes with a great assortment of attachments that are easy to remove or attach. The suction power for floor and carpet is good, and the vacuum is easy to store with a compartment for attachments. The wand extension and Pop N Go feature are nice additions, and the Pet Powermate is a useful feature. The flexible hose also adds to the convenience.

However, there are some CONS to consider. The floor head is short, and the Powermate carpet head has a tendency to pull loose threads on plush throw rugs. Additionally, detaching the wand from the hose results in decreased suction at the end of the hose, making it difficult to clean pet fur from the dog crate.

Overall, the vacuum cleaner is effective, but could use some improvements for cleaning throw rugs and maintaining suction power at all times.

I was unhappy with having to pull it around by the hose, as I was afraid of damaging the connection. However, it is very powerful and the suction adjusts for my rug, which is great. After using it, I tape off the hole where the hose connects with duct tape to prevent infestation. Overall, it's a good find and I'm satisfied with it.

I am very disappointed with this vacuum. It does not work well at all, and I have had to vacuum the same dust spot multiple times to get it clean. On top of that, the customer service is very poor. I have left several messages but have not received any response. The 90-day warranty was no help because of the lack of response from the company. I feel like I wasted my money on this product. It's now just sitting in my garage, and I have no intention of using it again. I would not recommend purchasing this vacuum.

This vacuum is the 3rd generation we have owned over the past 25 years. It has some new features, but also comes with some annoying issues. The suction is decent and the wand is longer, which is convenient for taller users. However, the hose is now longer and frequently gets in the way, causing the filter cover to pop off. The bulky tool attachment point is awkward and doesn't fit under standard kitchen kicks. The floor brush now pivots in a way that makes it harder to vacuum certain surfaces and the Pop n Go feature is tricky to use. The power carpet tool also has a useless side-to-side pivot feature. Additionally, the handle is not comfortable due to its angle.

I recently purchased the Impecca 600 vacuum cleaner after trying out several other brands. After being disappointed with various other vacuums, I was pleasantly surprised by the Impecca 600. It has excellent suction power, on board storage for accessories, a retractable cord, and a rotary brush that works on both hard and soft floors. The vacuum is also quieter than most others and has toe operational height adjustment. My only suggestions for improvement would be a longer cord and some adjustments to the canister steering. Overall, I highly recommend this vacuum for anyone in the market for a reliable vacuum cleaner.

This vacuum cleaner has the strongest suction power I have ever seen. I appreciate that it is bag-less, making it easy to dispose of dust and debris. It also has multiple filters to trap particles and a washable filter. I do wish it came with an extra filter for immediate use after washing. It includes 5 different head nozzles for various cleaning needs and has a variable speed control. The extendable hand is convenient and it is lightweight with easy rolling wheels. I love the feature of being able to power on and off with a foot pedal and the retractable power cord. The only improvement I can think of is a way to store the head nozzles on the vacuum cleaner. I am very impressed with this vacuum. It is lightweight and agile, making it easy to clean small and hard-to-reach places.
