I purchased this vacuum to replace my old Dyson Animal upright after I started using air purifiers in my home. I wanted a less dusty vacuum with a disposable bag, and I've been using this one for about 2 years. It's been much cleaner and I love the attachments and extendable stick. However, the cord gets very hot when in use, and I have to be cautious about tripping the breaker. The motor also gets very hot during use, which concerns me. I have to change outlets multiple times during use to ensure safety.

This vacuum is incredibly versatile and convenient. We just bought our second one because it's excellent for cleaning carpets and rugs. The solid surface floor wand can reach under furniture and into corners quickly and easily, and the pet attachment is great for lifting up pet hair. The suction is very powerful and there are settings for different carpet pile heights. It's also lightweight and makes cleaning quick and easy. The only downside is that it tends to break easily, so it's important to take care of it by regularly changing bags and filters.

The vacuum we received when we got a hairy, hairy husky is really effective at picking up a lot of hair from both carpet and hardwood floors. However, there are a couple of drawbacks. The bag indicator is not accurate, often indicating it's full when it's only half full, which feels like a waste. I have tested it on various surfaces, including concrete, linoleum, low pile, medium pile, and hardwood, and it has performed well with the appropriate attachment. I would purchase this canister vacuum again. The suction and ease of handling are excellent. It's lightweight, so it's not tiring to use, which is a big plus. Whether it's a whole house job or a quick spot clean, it does the job well. I have used both expensive and moderately priced canister vacuums over the years, and this is my favorite. The crevice tool does not stay in place on the machine, so I simply carry it in my back pocket. The combined small brush and upholstery attachment stored on the tank are okay for small areas. However, I use standard size attachments from a previous vacuum if I want to cover a larger area. A nice feature is that standard wands and attachments fit this machine, so you can have more tools to use, whether it's adding wands to reach higher areas or keeping a favorite attachment from another machine.

I have purchased several hand held vacuums in the past, both wired and wireless. I have found that wired vacuums are more powerful than wireless ones. I am satisfied with this vacuum because it has a large dust bin that needs to be cleaned out less frequently. The long retractable wire makes it convenient to clean our one flat house. I also use it to clean our mattresses when changing bed sheets and find it to be very powerful and efficient. I purchased this vacuum in used acceptable condition for $138. It appeared to be in pristine condition despite being repackaged. Unlike other vacuum cleaners that lose power soon after purchase, these machines continue to work well for many years. I am satisfied with the lack of changes on the new unit, as I believe there is not much that needs improvement. The new pop n go feature, intended to prevent the need to bend over to grab the bare floor tool, is not very useful and I still end up grabbing the tool manually. However, Impecca offers great value for the price and I highly recommend choosing this machine.

I was reading articles on vacuum cleaners. After going through so many upright bagless of Shark and other models. I learned that most don't warranty the rollers and that these types of vacuum cleaners tend to scrub the dirt into the rug before they ever suck it away. With this vacuum cleaner the difference was very noticeable. It really picked up the rug. It's a bit more cumbersome than your typical upright. But the cord is stored on a inside pulley compartment activated by a foot pedal, so it never tangles and that's a very nice feature!

The vacuum would be improved if the hose did not tangle and if the base had more weight to prevent it from being easily lifted off the floor. It tends to become airborne when I vacuum quickly, even with the suction switch flipped. Storing it is tricky because of the long, stiff hose taking up so much space. I would also like the path width to be extended. It is good for getting under furniture and in smaller spaces. We didn't use the attachments. The cord rewind is a great feature. I liked that it had a filter and was quieter than my past Oreck XL. The canister is easy to empty. Overall, it has good value, but I am returning it and getting a Shark Lift Away instead. It too is just OK in my opinion. I never got around to using it in my car.

The powerhead makes vacuuming less strenuous and is user-friendly on the back. The extra-long retractable power cord is convenient, and the noise level is good. The grip handle is comfortable, with easy-to-use power and suction strength slide controls. The telescoping wand carrying some on-board attachments puts everything at hand. However, the floor brush attachment could be wider to be more efficient, particularly for larger hard surface areas. The powerhead brushes are not suitable for pet or long hair, and the easy grip handle can be heavy for the elderly. The edge cleaner on the left side of the powerhead has only 2 small brushes on the wheel, so it has limited functionality at best. Additionally, vacuuming on nylon carpeting results in a shock when touching the metallic portion of the wand.

I am very happy with the Impecca vacuum. I had previously purchased a canister in 1962 and replaced it with an upright in 1995. I recently purchased the current model in 2023 and I love the power head, telescoping handle, suction power, lightweight canister, and quiet operation. However, I am disappointed with the heavy and stiff hose, which is difficult to maneuver. I find it cumbersome and believe it weighs more than the canister itself. I also find the instructions about disconnecting the hose for storage to be impractical. The hose on the 1962 canister was much lighter and easier to use.

I compared the Impecca canister vac to our cordless stick vacuum and found that the suction of the canister vac is about 2x stronger. I can easily vacuum the whole house and only need to empty the dust collector 2x at most, compared to 4 or 5 times with the cordless stick vac. I haven't had to clean the filter yet with the canister vac, whereas with the cordless vac it was at least 2 or 3 times during a complete house vacuuming. The cord on the canister vac is long enough so I only have to move the plug once during the entire house vacuuming. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase. The only problem I've had is that the hose connection at the wand kept separating, but I was able to fix it with a little duct tape. It's a bit more clumsy to drag around than the battery vac, but to me it's worth it for the extra suction and less frequent user maintenance. I would recommend it, except for those who may not be fit enough to deal with the extra weight. I do wish that the handle for dragging it around was located on the top of the canister rather than the bottom, as it would be more convenient. It works well on my old worn carpet and helps to fluff it up a bit. The handheld section with the rotating brush glides nicely across the floor, but it doesn't work well on bare floors or linoleum, so I have to switch out to the bare floor attachment. I had high hopes for this vacuum after my old one died. Setting it up was easy and it seems to clean floors fine. However, the fan duster is not effective and the crevice tool is difficult to put back on. The head of the vacuum is too large to go under furniture, and the detached brush doesn't work well either. Additionally, the vacuum is heavy and caused wrist pain after just 30 minutes of use. I used to be able to quickly take the stem and head off to clean up dirt, but now it requires an additional tool. The noise level is about the same as my old vacuum, so no progress has been made in that area. I plan to contact the manufacturer to see if there are other options available, as I cannot continue to use this vacuum with the wrist pain it causes.

I have been using Impecca canister vacuums for over 20 years. My first one (refurbished) lasted me 10 years, and my second one, which I used while working as a cleaning lady for 10 years, just got replaced by my third one. I decided to upgrade to this model because I really like the foot release feature for the carpet attachment, allowing me to easily transition to hardwood floors without changing attachments.

I was initially skeptical of this new model because the floor piece attachment is different from previous models, which I really liked. However, it seems to be doing a great job so far. My main reason for choosing this vacuum is the motorized powered pet mate attachment, which is essential for cleaning carpeted stairs, furniture, and dealing with pet hair. The regular suction attachment just doesn't compare.

My only complaints are that the cover feels flimsy compared to previous models, and the height of the carpet attachment doesn't fit as easily under my couch. I initially ordered the plush carpet model but found that the cord was too short, so I switched to this one with the longer cord.

The motor does tend to overheat after about 15 minutes of continuous use, so I had to do smaller areas with breaks in between. The bags are small and expensive, but it does a good job of trapping small particles. Replacement parts can also be pricey. I broke a part and they offered to send me a new one for $10, but the shipping was $17. Additionally, it can be difficult to replace the parts. Overall, it's a good option for regular vacuuming, especially if you have lead paint in your house. Just be sure to also wet wipe doors and windows frequently to keep people safe from lead dust.

This compact vacuum may be small, but it's high quality and efficient at cleaning up cat hair and dust. The retractable cord and sturdy extension tool are great features. Compared to my heavy Kirby, this vacuum is easier to handle, especially as I'm recovering from a heart transplant. I only wish it came with a crevice tool. Overall, I give it four stars.

I received my Little Red today and immediately put it to use. I am 5'7 and was able to use it without crouching or bending with the metal attachment fully extended. Some reviewers mentioned having to bend in other reviews, so I thought I would mention my height as a reference point. My husband at 6'3 did have to bend and/or lean while using it. The suction was better than expected. The attachments were as described and heavy duty enough to withstand reasonable usage. I am pleased with the product and will follow-up with a review as I continue to use it.

This vacuum cleaner was purchased for use in a motorhome and works well for that purpose. It is not as powerful as a full-size upright, but it is exceptionally quiet and has great suction on hard floors and other surfaces. It is just okay on carpet, as it does not have a beater bar to shake dirt loose. The retractable cord and extendable hose are convenient features and the overall quality seems to be above average. I did have an issue with a missing part in the package, but the manufacturer provided excellent customer service and promptly sent the missing part to me.

The Mighty Mite Pet version with filter I originally ordered was disappointingly cheap and left black marks on the walls. I exchanged it for the Impecca Lil Red and am very impressed with its quality. The accessories are better and don't leave any marks on the walls. The long bristled dusting attachment is a plus, and it has great suction power. My only complaints are the relatively short power cord and wand extension arm. I also didn't receive the attachment clip for the accessories, but it's not a big deal.

This vacuum cleaner is fantastic for my allergies, easy to carry and very powerful. I purchased it over a year ago, so the warranty had expired. However, when I noticed the hose wasn't working properly, I contacted the manufacturer. Even though the warranty had expired, they sent me a new hose free of charge. I am very impressed with their customer service.

I was looking for a vacuum that could clean areas other than floors, as my Dyson was not very easy to use with its accessories. The Lil Red vacuum is exactly what I needed. It is lightweight, not handheld, and stays on the floor. The hose is flexible, the accessories are versatile, and it is easy to attach and remove them. The vacuum has more power than I need, a larger dust bag than expected, and the accessories stay put. I have used it for cleaning high and low areas, and everything in between, and have only found pros, no cons. I bought it based on good reviews, and I'm very glad I did. It is a great vacuum for its size and price.

The vacuum features a suction power control for quieter operation during small cleaning jobs, which I really appreciate. My only critique is that it would be ideal if it included a shoulder strap and on-board storage for the attachments. Living in a 3-story townhouse requires frequent movement of the unit up and down the stairs, and constantly bending down to pick up and put down the unit has caused discomfort in my back.

I was hesitant about purchasing a small vacuum, but the size was important for my 26ft travel trailer. This little vacuum has very strong suction and was able to pick up small stones, dirt, and pet hair from the floor and medium pile carpet with no problems. The attachments could be better, and the hose could be a few inches longer, but overall, it's a great little vacuum with strong suction that is perfect for a trailer or dorm. I would definitely buy it again and recommend it to friends.

I have been living in a home with all hardwood floors for over a year now. I had an upright vacuum from our old house, which was all carpeted. I bought hardwood brush attachments for the upright but it was still a hassle to drag it all over the house, so I ended up just sweeping. I finally started looking for something else and found the Lil red. I wasn't sure if it would be good for a whole house because it seems like most people use it in smaller spaces. It is lightweight and powerful. I use it daily because we have 2 dogs and 3 kids. My only complaint is we go through bags quite a lot because they are so small. But I'm ok with that.

I own two Miele vacuum cleaners, so I am quite picky. My son wanted a vacuum for his dorm so I checked local stores. I wanted a canister vacuum for him as I have always had better results with that type. I ended up buying this one, not expecting much for the low price. I was truly impressed with its performance. It would be fine for a small apartment or dorm room. It has some features I love about my Miele. Retractable cord, adjustable sucking power, telescopic wand. I love the handle for easy carrying. It is quite powerful, far more than I expected. And the color is fantastic - racing red!

I have two Miele vacuums - a heavy duty one and a lighter one for my daughter's apartment. The heavy duty one cost $700 and the lighter one cost $400. I needed a small, lightweight vacuum for my upstairs as it has become difficult for me to carry the heavy Miele up and down the stairs. It was also important to find a vacuum with a filter due to my daughter's dust allergies. I didn't think I could find a lightweight vacuum with a filter, but this lil vacuum met both of my criteria! I used it for the first time today and was impressed with the results. Even if it breaks (it's made in China by a company that specializes in industrial vacuums), it's still 1/4 of the cost of the Miele and I could replace it four times for the cost of one Miele (made in Germany). The main downside of the vacuum is the floor brush; the suction is concentrated in the middle and not across the entire brush so the suction is weak on the sides. But for spot vacuuming it's great!
