This oven is easy to set up and use, and operates quietly. The door opens and closes easily and the turntable works smoothly. The beeps for selected inputs and when cooking is done are not objectionable. The end display with reminder beeps is a good feature. The quick cook feature does not allow enough cooking time in the automatic programming for some items, but it's easy to enter the needed time to cook food all the way to done. The inside light comes on when the door is open and while the food is cooking, which is a good feature. Overall, this oven is a good value for its cost.

I have always been satisfied with Westinghouse appliances, and this countertop microwave is no different. When my over-the-stove microwave broke down, I decided to switch to a countertop version for convenience and safety. I selected this microwave because it provides the necessary features without being too large. I am happy with its simple, minimalistic design and its ease of use. The light remains on while in use, and the three short beeps at the end of the cooking time are not overly distracting but can still be heard from another room. The instruction manual is well-organized and the directions are clearly written. I keep the manual in a nearby drawer for easy access. Since my kitchen is small with limited counter space, this Westinghouse appliance fits my needs perfectly. Additionally, I believe this microwave would be ideal for a dorm room or a work break room.

I have been using this microwave for about a month and I am quite satisfied with it. We mostly use the quick settings for warm ups and have not used it for long time cooking. I researched a lot of reviews, especially since it is not a well-known brand, and I agree with others who mentioned that it has too many beeps. This can be noisy, especially when using it while others are still asleep in our small house. Despite this, I still give it 5 stars because it fits perfectly in our limited countertop space and the price was reasonable. I may provide another review after using it for a year or so.

This microwave's door button is already showing wear after just a year of use. It's disappointing and I'm not sure if there's a way to fix it. The buttons are also harder to push than our previous microwave, but it gets the job done. The light stays on during cooking and when the door is open, but it does beep if food is left inside after cooking. Overall, it was packaged well with no damage.

I initially believed my old microwave had stopped working, so I purchased a new one from the same brand. However, the buttons on the new model are more difficult to push, smaller, and more complex than those on the previous model. This microwave is a great fit for my stainless steel kitchen and it leaves counter space. It does get hot, so I only use it for under 12 minutes at a time. It's easy to clean with just a paper towel or two. The keypad is annoying as it autocooks for one or five minutes when I hit a 1 or 5, respectively. I also worry about it getting too hot in the summer.

The only issue I have with this appliance is that the beep to indicate that the task is complete does not stop until you return and manually turn it off. I would prefer if it only alerted you that the job is complete, so you are not required to stay in the kitchen or return to shut it off. Other than that, it functions well.

This microwave has been causing issues since we first got it. It periodically causes power surges and trips the circuit breaker, no matter where it's plugged in or if it's the only appliance on that circuit. We contacted customer support and then the manufacturer, who requested a video of the problem. However, it's difficult to provide one since the issue is unpredictable. We submitted a claim with the manufacturer but have not received any response. This microwave is a waste of money and poses a safety risk.

This microwave has been great for me so far. I mainly use it for reheating food and making my morning tea. The safety lock feature is a big plus for me, especially with curious kids around. I did find one area with the stainless steel that wasn't very well done, but overall it's been a good experience. I appreciate the ability to set different power levels and times for cooking, and being able to change them mid-cook. The only downside is that it can be quite loud at times, even after trying different surfaces. However, the instructions are clear and easy to follow.

We had a Impecca Microwave that had lasted 22 years, but was getting a bit tired. When we decided to purchase a replacement, I shopped for the same brand , because of our previous experience. This new oven is everything we expected and more. It is slightly bigger, and lighter. It fits on our counter-top very well, and so far has performed as well as can be expected.
